Content Filter Probleme... Filter oft mehrere Minuten n.E.

Hi,

ich habe hier einen Kunden, dessen 1681v mit Content Filter öfter mal versagt: Über mehrere Minuten kann man nicht ins Web, weil der Content Filter (der Standardeinstellungen hat, keine eigenen Edits) blockt.

Im Log sieht das dann so aus:

Content-Filter error: Contentfilter not yet ready - Blocked - profile: CF-BASIC-PROFILE

Im Anhang auch noch mal etwas mehr Log.

Der Content Filter ist einem Squid PRoxy vorgeschaltet, über den Squid laufen mehrere Rechner.

Hat jemand eine Idee, wie das gelöst werden kann? Ist das Problem bekannt? Sonst wird der Content Filter abgeschafft und wir nehmen Squidguard bzw. Dansguard, aber dann habe ich Erklärungs-Stress, wieso der Kunde den Content Filter bezahlt hat...

was sagt denn ein 'show cf' in dem Zustand? Denke mal dass der Ratingserver nicht erreichbar ist.
Nach ein paar Minuten gehts ohne manuelle Eingriffe wieder?

Ja, allerdings meist mind. 5min - und in der Zeit können alle Klassenräume (es handelt sich um ein OSZ) nicht ins Internet, was ziemlich blöd ist...

Was ein show cf zeigt, werde ich mal checken.
