Hi,
of course, i think there are several user who can read and i think write in english.
Please connect via Telnet/SSH to the LANCOM and perform a "trace # vpn-st", also exectue "show vpn long" and check if the defined Networks are correct.
Also check if the correct VPN Rules are defined in the LANCOM Configuration under "Configure: FirewallQoS/Rules/Rules".
In the Advanced VPN Client please also check if the Networks are set up right.
Ciao

Hi,
i am sorry, but i do not have any experiences with the UMTS Card directly attached to the Laptop.
Did you "play" with the settings in the AVC? For example "use Microsoft DUN Dialer".

Hey,
I have the same problem:
with AVC and "normal" Internet everything is ok, with AVC and UMTS (E-Plus, private Address, Range 10.x.x.x) it dosn't work. The connection is established, but it is not possible to transfer Data.
But, i hav the same problem, when I use pptp without the AVC and with a W2K-Workstation as dialin-server. With "normal" Internet it works, with UMTS connection is established, but it is not possible to transfer Data.
So, I think it is because the NAT.
I thougt that the special APN's (like: ipsec.eplus.de) are only important for using with IP-Sec, not for PPTP but it seems this is not correct.
Update:
I talk with the E-Plus Hotline, they told me, that the VPN must work with my Contract, they wold ask a Technikan to Call me Back within the next 48 Hours to resolve the Problem......
Update 2:
With Vodafone it works
@future.....
I made the Connection with the Vodafone-Software (Internet works) then I use my AVC-Profile, that I also use for the "normal" Internet, press "Connect" and it worked with vodafone-germany.
