1784VA & Gigaset Maxwell 10 / Kein externer Ruf

Hallo Forumsmitglieder,

bisher konnte ich mir durch lesen immer helfen, doch nun ist mein Latein am Ende und ich hoffe, das hier jemand eine Idee hat.

Ich nutze einen 1784VA für Telefonie allein über SIP, die Gigaset Handsets laufen am DECT150IP problemlos.
Ein Snom Telefon läuft auch ohne Probleme. Sobald ich ein Maxwell 10 mit den gleichen Userdaten anmelde, kann ich intern anrufen,
interne & externe Anrufe annehmen aber nicht extern Anrufen.
Die Codecs geprüft, verschiedene Firmware etc., leider kein Erfolg, an einer 3CX oder Auerswald läuft es ohne Probleme.

Hallo,

welche Firmware-Version hat der LANCOM 1784VA?

Um hier weiter zu kommen, müsste man sich einen Trace anschauen, den man während des Versuchs eines externen Telefonats mit dem Maxwell 10 erstellt. Callmanager und SIP-Packet wären hier die beiden Traces mit denen man die Ursache festmachen könnte. Fürs Erste würde vielleicht auch nur der Callmanager-Trace reichen.

Ich würde das Thema gerne noch einmal aufgreifen da ich aktuell mit dem selben problem zu hardern habe.

Bei Ausgehenden Externen Gesprächen wird immer ein 606 "Ziel außerbetrieb" gemeldet
Interne Telefonate und eingehende anrufe funktionieren

So ich bin etwas weiter gekommen.

Ausschlaggebend war das statement von Jirka lancom-systems-voip-router-f42/sip-tele ... ml#p102619

was sich dadrauf bezog dass die Telekom Allergisch auf Videocodecs reagiert.

Ich habe deswegen mal den Videocodec im Maxwell rausgenommen und es war zumindest ein abgehender Anruf möglich der dann in einem 480 endete (wurde aber auf dem Handy als Anruf signalisiert)

Ich forsche dann mal weiter.....

Es läuft , mann muss in der COdec Priorität den G722 nach unten setzen und g711 a-lwa und y-law nach oben. Warum auch immer der da jetzt mit dem Wideband Codec Probleme hat :G)

Jendefalls das Maxwell läuft so wenigstens *Halleluja* Danke noch mal an Jirka :M
